Poor instructions

first of all, there is no easy way to distinguish the side to sublimate on. Secondly, the 120 seconds transferred nothing even at a higher temperature. We had to press it for over six minutes. Third, I would not use the guide. I would in future make it larger than the area as I do with my metal prints so as not to have to try to match the white edges. That is very difficult. The finished product is not bad .

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!

Amazing Quality.
