Temps are spot on. We use it mainly for a tag press and love it. The tone is not that loud so it can be hard to hear sometimes when the shop is in full swing. It does only beep once its opening no pre warning. Heat up times are not too bad. it does take about 10-15 mins to get a good proper full heat up. All in all its a perfect fit for our shop and will continue to use HPN for our presses. Thank you

Meh, it is ok.
I picked up a refurbished model and was surprised at the lack of adjustability with the lower hat platen. It also lacks a bit in the design department in this area too. Inefficient design aspects which slow production down.
I will keep it for the 5" platen is all really.

I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!
This is the first Heatpress I have ever owned. I did my first event on 8/24/2024. This unit performed superb. We did customs printing as they ordered. I am So pleased with this investment. Amazing quality and craftsmanship!
