In order to get the best results out of the paper, Neenah Coldenhove will support ICC profiling for the best results.
Furthermore, the back of the paper is printed with a grid pattern, making it easier to determine which side of the paper needs to be placed on the substrate for proper transfer and for alignment of the image.

Neenah Coldenhove Jetcol DHS Sublimation Paper Care & Instructions
Temperature: 400°F (200°C)
Time: 30-120 sec. (depending on substrate)
Pressure: Medium-Heavy
PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Print on the side without the grid.
- Print your image mirrored.
- Do not use too much ink. Jetcol® DHS needs less ink for deeper colors due to high transfer yield of applied ink amounts. Create a new profile or use the Jetcol® DHS color profile in the Sawgrass VPM or other printer driver for best results.
TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Be sure the ink is dry before transferring.
- Protect the press from sublimating dye by covering the platen with plain paper.
- Place printed paper with image-side down on top of the blank substrate.
- Use heat resistant tape to hold position.
- Recommended transfer temperature 400° F (200°C).

Update:
Customer service reached out to me, and I decided to give the Jetcol paper that I purchased another try. My Epson 2850 eco tank printer with Hippoo ink had successfully printed multiple pages on a different paper since my first failed printouts. The problem seems to have resolved itself now, and I have printed about 10 pages using this Jetcol paper. I am changing my review! This Jetcol sublimation paper is awesome! The colors are vibrant, and sublimated perfectly on over a dozen acrylic keychains yesterday. I am a fan of this paper now, and of Heat Press Nation's customer service!!

I was really excited to buy this and try to see if it generated a better quality print than the A-Sub paper I have been using. The A-Sub is perfectly fine, but I read reviews and saw a video that piqued my curiosity about the Jetcol. It was a mistake. I've tried a couple of different images now, and both smeared on the substrate when I placed the prints after I thought they were dried. Disappointed, Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I was skeptical simply changing sublimation paper would be able to cut my press time in half, but it really does live up to its promises. I used this to transfer designs to wood sheets, and it transfers them cleanly and with vibrant color in just 30 seconds.
