Application Instructions

  • Temperature: 350-375°F
  • Time: 120-240 seconds depending on artwork
  • Be aware that colder temperatures can cause glass drinkware to become more fragile during the transfer process. This is due to the difference in temperature between the drinkware and the heating element.
  • In colder conditions, we first recommend pre-heating the drinkware for 20-30 seconds at 200°F
  • Suggested settings for HPN Signature Series Mug and Tumbler Press. Actual settings may vary depending on the oven, artwork, and other factors.

*Please advise drinkware will appear white while pressing due to high temperatures from the mug press. But when hot liquid is being poured in a smokey grey is the standard result.*

*Due to the physical nature of this material expanding under heat, it is recommended to use lower pressure levels or pre-heating the substrate prior to application. This will help prevent too much force from being applied against the expanded surface during application.*

Sublimation is really good, however a few months later the black started to bubble and peel.

Undercoating is not white; scratches easily

First time using this; first thing I wasn't aware was the background color when hot is not white; it's a grayish which means my sublimation images with white is not showing correctly. Also the heat coating seems to easily scratch.
