No minimums. Maximum flexibility. SupaDTF. For small orders, these custom DTF Transfers are huge.
SupaDTF is a 100% digitally printed heat transfer. Unlike our other heat transfers, there’s no screen-printed base layer of white ink, so there’s no need for a minimum order. This opens up a lot more flexibility for you. Custom orders, trialing designs or expanding your line-up without carrying more stock. It’s all possible.
When should I use them?
If your print run is less than 20 pieces, it’s the most economical. This makes it perfect for:
- Custom made-to-order jobs.
- Personalized designs.
- Trialing new options before ordering a larger run.
- Offering more designs without having to stock up on heat transfers.
- A faster alternative to vinyl heat transfers - no weeding necessary.
Why is it better than other DTF heat transfers on the market?
We use a new digital white ink technology that makes the whites brighter and colors more vibrant than other DTF heat transfers. We’ve also created our own adhesive formula, which goes on at a lower temperature. This means there’s less chance of heat marks or burn marks so you can decorate just about anything - cotton, polyester, and blends. It's also a hot peel, so you can speed through your pressing.
How is SupaDTF different from our other heat transfers?
- No minimum order quantity.
- Most economical for small size orders.
- No chance of glue lines.
- No Pantone colors or metallics.
- Not suitable for sublimated or patterned polyester.
SupaDTF can be applied to Cotton, Cotton/Poly Blends, and Plain Non-Sublimated Polyester.
Please note: the SupaGang option allows you to apply multiple images/designs to the transfer at any size and any order as long as they fit on the 22" x 12", 22" x 24", 22" x 60", 22" x 120", or 22" x 180" sheet. For all other transfer sizes, you may only apply 1 image/design to the transfer.
