Introducing the Lotus LTS 138 Heat Press Series! Built around the 38 x 45 cm transfer area, this series gives decorators multiple workflow options in one product family, from manual swing-away operation to interchangeable plates, double-heated pressing, semi-automatic slide operation, and semi-automatic auto-open performance.
The Lotus LTS 138 Series is designed for professional heat transfer applications on apparel, sportswear, workwear, bags, sublimation media, technical textiles, and more. Each model is based around a spacious 38 x 45 cm transfer area, making it easy for customers to choose the exact press style that best fits their production workflow.
Manual models are operated with a smooth-running pressure arm, while the semi-automatic Slide and SAC models use an electromagnet to keep the heating plate locked under pressure, then automatically unlock when the countdown reaches zero. The Slide model also opens and swings away automatically, giving users a clear view of the full transfer area for easier loading and positioning.
Built with Lotus' Mikanit 2.0 heating technology, the LTS 138 Series delivers fast heating, even temperature distribution, and consistent transfer performance. Select models also support interchangeable printing plates and optional cap sets, giving decorators more flexibility for different products and placement areas.
