The Lotus LTS 150 Series 40cm x 50cm Heat Press gives professional decorators a versatile full-size heat press platform with multiple operating configurations to match different production workflows. Available in manual, swing-away, and semi-automatic versions, the LTS 150 family combines a generous 40 x 50 cm class pressing area with Lotus's modular platen system and professional heating technology.

All four models are designed for apparel, sportswear, workwear, bags, sublimation products, technical textiles, and other professional heat transfer applications. A freestanding lower platen allows garments to be threaded onto the press in a single layer, helping keep seams, extra fabric layers, and previously applied graphics away from the pressing area.

The standard LTS 150 provides straightforward manual operation with a spring-assisted opening mechanism. The LTS 150 B adds a manual swing-away heating platen, providing a completely unobstructed view of the lower platen for easier garment loading and precise transfer placement.

For decorators looking for a more automated workflow, the LTS 150 Slide uses electromagnetic locking and automatically opens and swings the heating platen away when the timed cycle is complete. The LTS 150 SAC also automatically opens at the end of the cycle but combines this with a slide-out lower platen that gives the operator easy access to the full transfer area.

Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating system provides fast warm-up and consistent temperature distribution across the platen, while digital time and temperature controls, continuously adjustable pressure, acoustic and visual cycle alerts, and compatibility with optional specialty platens make the LTS 150 Series a flexible platform for growing professional production.
