Introducing the Lotus LTS 470 / 480 / 500 / 500 C Semi-Automatic Heat Press! Designed for large-format heat transfer applications, this series is built for applying transfer materials and sublimation prints onto larger textiles with the convenience of semi-automatic operation.
The Lotus LTS 470 / 480 / 500 Series is ideal for decorators who need a larger pressing surface for oversized apparel, sportswear, workwear, fashion pieces, sublimation media, technical textiles, and similar large-format applications. Available in multiple transfer area sizes, this series gives customers flexibility based on the format they need to press.
During the transfer process, the smooth-running hand lever is pulled down to the printing plate and the electromagnet takes over by keeping the heating plate locked under pressure. When the countdown reaches zero, the heating plate automatically unlocks and opens smoothly, helping support a more comfortable and efficient workflow.
Built with Lotus' Mikanit 2.0 heating technology, this series provides fast heating, even temperature distribution, and consistent transfer performance. The heating system is designed for long-term durability, energy-saving operation, and serviceability.
