The Lotus LTS 550 M is a professional pneumatic heat press built for consistent pressure and higher-volume production. This configuration uses a 38 x 48 cm usable membrane area (40 x 50 cm heating platen) working area and automatically opens when the programmed cycle is complete, reducing repetitive operator effort during long production runs.
The M configuration replaces the conventional rigid lower pressing surface with an inflatable membrane system. During the pressing cycle, the membrane conforms around differences in garment thickness to help maintain pressure around seams, buttons, zippers, pockets, plackets, and other raised areas.
This makes the press particularly useful for uneven garments, technical textiles, and applications where a standard flat platen can create pressure gaps or visible press marks.
