Lotus LTS 238 / LTS 250 Dual-Platen Heat Press Series

The Lotus LTS 238 / LTS 250 Dual-Platen Heat Press Series is designed for professional decorators who want the efficiency of two workstations without moving to a large pneumatic production press. Available with either dual 38 x 45 cm platens on the LTS 238 or dual 40 x 50 cm platens on the LTS 250, the series allows one garment or substrate to be prepared while the opposite station is being pressed.

Both models use a side-to-side swing-away heating platen that moves between two freestanding lower platens. While one transfer is being pressed, the operator can unload the previous item and position the next transfer on the open workstation, helping reduce downtime during repetitive production.

The freestanding lower platens allow garments to be threaded onto the press in a single layer, helping keep seams, extra fabric layers, and previously applied graphics away from the transfer area. Lotus's modular platen system also allows compatible specialty platens to be installed for children's garments, breast pockets, sleeves, trouser legs, umbrellas, round products, caps, and other specialty applications.

Choose the manual configuration for straightforward mechanical operation with continuously adjustable pressure and a locking pressure arm. For greater convenience, the SA semi-automatic configuration uses an electromagnetic locking system that automatically releases and opens the heating platen when the programmed transfer time is complete.

The SA versions also add three programmable time and temperature presets along with pre- and post-press functionality, allowing operators to perform short garment pre-presses or finishing presses without changing the primary transfer settings.

Across the series, Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology provides fast warm-up and consistent temperature distribution, while digital time and temperature controls help maintain repeatable production.
