Introducing the Lotus LTS 750 / 760 Pneumatic Heat Press Series! Designed for higher-output production environments, this series combines pneumatic operation with dual-platen efficiency and multiple configurations for apparel, sportswear, workwear, sublimation media, bags, technical textiles, and specialty applications.
The Lotus LTS 750 / 760 Series is built around a dual-platen workflow that allows users to prepare one item while another item is being pressed. LTS 750 models use dual 40 x 50 cm transfer areas, while LTS 760 models use dual 45 x 60 cm transfer areas, giving decorators the flexibility to choose the size that best fits their production needs.
The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. The pneumatic system lowers the heating plate, locks it under pressure, and automatically lifts it after the countdown reaches zero. This helps support repeatable pressure, faster production, and a more ergonomic workflow than manual pressing.
Available configurations include standard dual-platen pneumatic, Bag, PA, PSA, double-heated S, touch screen, Bag touch screen, and PA touch screen models. This allows customers to choose the exact workflow and feature set they need while staying within the same 750 / 760 product family.
