The STAHLS' Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press is a premium headwear press designed to improve coverage and reduce visible platen marks on modern caps. Its molded lower platen supports a wide range of hat shapes, while heating from both the upper and lower platens helps apply heat around the cap instead of relying on top heat alone.
The IQ® touchscreen provides precise control over application settings and production data. Auto-open operation reduces hands-on effort, and the one-size-fits-all lower platen helps simplify changeovers when moving between common cap styles.
