The Lotus LTS 12 S / LTS 25 S Dual-Heated Manual Heat Press Series is designed for small-format transfer applications that benefit from heat on both sides of the item. Both models combine a compact manual press design with heated upper and lower platens, making them well suited for logos, labels, small garments, rhinestone applications, fixation, lamination, and other specialty processes.
The LTS 12 S features a 13 x 12 cm working area, while the larger LTS 25 S provides a 25 x 12 cm working area. The compact lower platen helps isolate the area being decorated, which is especially useful for sleeves, pockets, labels, and other precise placements.
Upper and lower heating surfaces allow heat to reach the application from both sides. This can improve consistency for certain technical textiles and specialty transfers while providing a controlled small-format workflow with manual pressure adjustment and digital time and temperature control.
