The Lotus LTS 500 C is a large-format semi-automatic heat press with a 100 x 70 cm working area and an extractable slide-out lower platen. The slide-out carriage gives the operator easier access to the full transfer area for loading, alignment, and unloading of oversized textiles and graphics.
The press uses a semi-automatic electromagnetic locking system. The operator lowers the heating platen manually, the electromagnet holds the press closed for the programmed transfer cycle, and the platen automatically releases and opens when the timer is complete.
Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology is designed for fast warm-up and stable temperature distribution across the large heating surface. Digital time and temperature controls, adjustable pressure, and the accessible slide-out work area make the LTS 500 C suitable for oversized apparel graphics, sublimation, sportswear, workwear, and technical textile applications.
